First, create the connection
Dutifly explores, adapts and verifies website actions to create connectors. A connector gives AI a way to perform supported operations, such as looking up a customer or checking an order status. You do not need to find API documentation or write integration code.
The available operations depend on the page, network access and your permissions. A company intranet still needs to be reachable, and a connector does not give you access beyond what you are authorized to use.
Then, explain your method
A connection makes an action possible. Your experience determines when and how to use it.
For example: find customers with no follow-up for three days. For key accounts, check delivery first. If delivery is delayed, set the customer aside for review instead of preparing a routine follow-up.
Review the steps, conditions and approval points. Once you have checked the result, keep the workflow for the next run. When the business rules change, describe the change and review the updated method.
Start small enough to verify
Choose one familiar page and ask for a read-only lookup:
On this order page, find the delivery status and show me where it comes from. Only read the information; do not change any records or send messages.
Compare the answer with the original page. After that works, add another system or one of your decision rules. You do not need to start by handing over a whole process.
What should I check before connecting a company system?
Confirm that you are authorized to use the system with an external tool, understand the requested actions and review the data-handling information. Ask about your environment if you need clarification about local processing or model services.
